web report is not getting generated in SCTM if add images in report

Hello,

 

I am using silk central for test automation and I am facing below issue.

I need images in my web report so if I add images its capturing and uploading properly to SCTM, but web report is not getting generated.

I am able to see images, xml file and log file once test case is run in SCTM in test results and its also showing pass/fail but not understanding why web report is not getting generated if I upload images.

 

And if I don't upload images in report, web report will get generated automatically.

 

Please let  me know if anything need to be done.

Or any sample code to upload image in comment section of SCTM and web report to be generated.

Hi Sachin,

Can you log a support incident so we can analyze the logs, and also see what is happening during the execution?

The issue that we would have answering this on the forum is that we need to know what actions the test case is performing during playback and we would need the logs to determine if there are any errors during the upload result process.
