Citrix recorder reports "Unsupported function" error during record
This error occur if the Citrix processes wfica32.exe and wfcrun32.exe are already running on the machine on which you are recording. In order to hook the Citrix application the process must be launched after the recorder.
- Close Workbench
- Open Windows Task Manager
- Kill any running wfica32.exe and wfcrun32.exe processes
Check that the process do not auto start again as we have seen this in some environments (e.g. kill the concentr.exe process).
