Customizing the binary data posted through WebPageSubmitBin function

WebPageSubmitBin functions can sometimes contain dynamic data in encoded format which you need to decode, parameterize and then encode before submitting to the server.  The following example highlights this:

The encoded string dmFsaWQ6dHJ1ZXxJZGVud... contains an id which needs to be iterated for each user.  The solution is to decode the string, make the modification, encode the string and pass the variable into the function call.

Decode:

The value userid is the one which I want to iterate.  I am going to modify the script to read these values in from a CSV file:

I can now pass this variable into the WebPageSubmitBin function:
