How can I enable ODBC Connection pooling?

How can I enable ODBC Connection pooling?

To enable connection pooling call the OdbcSetEnvAttr function with the SQL_ATTR_CONNECTION_POOLING attribute and the value to which it should be set.

Note: the possible attribute values for connection pooling are:
SQL_CP_OFF := 0 ;
SQL_CP_ONE_PER_DRIVER := 1 ;
SQL_CP_ONE_PER_HENV := 2 ;

OdbcSetEnvAttr(hEnv, SQL_ATTR_CONNECTION_POOLING, SQL_CP_ONE_PER_DRIVER);
When the above function is called a single connection pool is supported for each driver. Every connection in a pool is associated with one driver.

OdbcSetEnvAttr(hEnv, SQL_ATTR_CONNECTION_POOLING, SQL_CP_ONE_PER_HENV );
When the above function is called a single connection pool is supported for each environment. Every connection in a pool is associated with one environment.
