How can I have Silkperformer create log files for every tenth virtual user in my test?

How can I have Silkperformer create log files for every tenth virtual user in my test?

To enable SilkPerformer to generate logging files for every tenth user then we could use a function similar to below:

if (GetUserID() mod 10 = 0) then

SetLogOption(OPT_LOG_TRANSACTIONS | OPT_LOG_APICALLS | OPT_LOG_TIMERS);    end;

The more logging per Virtual User the more disk space is required.

We do not advise that you create log files during loadtests as the overhead in generating the files can effect the results.

However we do have TrueLog Explorer that will give you a visual representation of the Vusers replay.

We recommend that you turn on TrueLog on Error for loadtests instead.
This option can be enabled at:
Settings | Active Profile | Results | TrueLog - Select TrueLog on Error option
