How do I resolve the error ToEncoding(RT: 77 - String conversion failed?

How do I resolve the error ToEncoding(RT: 77 - String conversion failed?

This error occurs because the ToEncoding function will not accept an input parameter which is an empty string (“ “).

For Example,

WebParseDataBoundEx(sParseDataVar1, STRING_COMPLETE, ToEncoding("Length: "), 1, ToEncoding(""),
WEB_FLAG_IGNORE_WHITE_SPACE | WEB_FLAG_CASE_SENSITIVE | WEB_FLAG_HEADER_ONLY, 1);

To resolve the issue:

1. If the empty string is from the right boundary parameter for the WebParseDataBoundEx function, then simply remove the right boundary and replace it with a NULL value, like so:

WebParseDataBoundEx(sParseDataVar1, STRING_COMPLETE, ToEncoding("Length: "), 1, NULL,
WEB_FLAG_IGNORE_WHITE_SPACE | WEB_FLAG_CASE_SENSITIVE | WEB_FLAG_HEADER_ONLY, 1);

2. If the empty string is from the right boundary parameter it should be possible to extend the boundary so more information is included.
