This problem happens because the TrueLog on Error setting in the Workload configuration wizard is not test wide. It is only applied to Profiles specifically configured to generate TrueLogs on Error. This is as designed.

To apply TrueLog on Error to more than one Profile, each Profile must be edited manually.

To set each Profile, right click on the required Profile in the SilkPerformer project pane and select 'Edit Profile'. Then go to Results | TrueLog and check the option 'TrueLog on Error files (.xlg). Click OK to save the setting.

Now if errors occur during the test, TrueLogs will get generated for each Profile configured as described.
