Issue when running cmd.exe from the Process* functions

Running cmd.exe as ATTACHED, as specified within SilkPerformer's ProcessInitialize function, redirects StdIn and StdOut pipes and produces unpredictable behaviour of some windows functions.

Setting an input file is sometimes necessary (due to an undocumented Windows requirement) when redirecting output, for example with the xcopy command.

Please use the "ProcessSetStdInFile" function for this purpose. This function was first introduced in SilkPerformer 2006 (7.4).
