Resolving ? characters appearing in the TrueLog Explorer menu
When running with a machine Locale / Language which is set other than English, an issue can occur where ??? characters appear in place of the TrueLog Explorer menu items.
To resolve the issue, delete the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BMC Software Inc\TrueLog Explorer\3.9\TrueLog Explorer\Workspace
This key is written every time the application is closed. As long as you do not change the "system locale" setting after the installation of the Workbench this issue should not occur.
