Silk Performer 9.5 fails to record on Windows 2003 64bit with "Could not connect to Recorder on localhost at port 19105."

Silk Performer 9.5 will not record on Windows 2003 64bit due to a known issue. Instead it will report "Could not connect to Recorder on localhost at port 19105". The issue does not affect any other operating systems.

This problem will be resolved with Silk Performer 9.5 Hotfix3 and in Silk Performer 10.0. To request the hotfix please contact Microfocus Support.
