What are the .ser files created in the data file section of my Java Frameworks project?

The .ser files store serialized objects. To serialize an object means to convert its state to a byte stream so that the byte stream can be reverted back into a copy of the object. To manipulate the object it must be deserialized; the ReflectionUtil class provides the deserialize() method which reconstructs an object from a serialized version. You can find an API guide to the Silk Performer Java Framework classes, including a description of the ReflectionUtil class, at:

C:\Program Files\SILK\Silk Performer\Documentation\Java Testing\JavaFramework Developer Guide.
