"PDCE:403 conversion of data fields failed."

This can be caused by improper machine name resolution of the server being monitored and may result in the connection being unsuccessful. Check the hosts file, located in \\WINNT\System32\Drivers\etc\ on the machine that SilkPerformer is installed on and make sure that the hostname of the server being monitored is resolved in it. Then on the server edit the hosts file and make sure the hostname of the SilkPerformer machine is resolved in it.
