What can cause the error "SYSTEM:2 - The system cannot find the file specified" when using the Performance Explorer Command Line Parameters?

What can cause the error "SYSTEM:2 - The system cannot find the file specified" when using the Performance Explorer Command Line Parameters?

This error can be caused by not encapsulating the file path specifier of the command within double quotes.

The format of the Performance Explorer Command Line Parameters is as follows:-

perfexp [/TSD:] /ACTION:Option

where all specifiers are the file path in double quotes,

e.g. perfexp /TSD:"D:\Program Files\SilkPerformer 6.5\Working\Projects\CurrentExampleProjectFolder\exampleTSD.tsd" /ACTION:STDGRAPH

All the options are detailed in the Performance Explorer Users Guide .pdf or by typing perfExp /? at the command prompt.
