What causes a Perfrun.exe crash to occur at the very start of the TMain transaction?

The full error message is:

"Perfrun.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created"

 

The error listed in the Dr. Watson log is as follows:

 

Application exception occurred: 
App: (pid=4412) 
When: DATE and TIME
Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

 

This issue can be caused by setting the maximum allowed connections (to a server or per user) to 0 under SETTINGS | ACTIVE PROFILE | REPLAY | WEB | BROWSER | LIMIT CONNECTIONS PER SERVER

This setting should not be allowed by the GUI and has been resolved in SilkPerformer 2006.
