Why do I get the error "PDCE: 701 - Query for Ltci performance counter update failed" when monitoring my SAP application server from Performance Explorer?

Why do I get the error "PDCE: 701 - Query for Ltci performance counter update failed" when monitoring my SAP application server from Performance Explorer?

This is a known issue caused by installing the patch SP70_Patch_17_SAPGUI.zip. Although that patch fixed some Silk Performer SAP issues it caused a new problem with monitoring SAP from Performance Explorer. A new patch is now available from Support which fixes the monitoring issue. Patch SP70_Patch_20_SAPGUI.zip not only resolves the monitoring issues but also includes all fixes from SP70_Patch_17_SAPGUI.zip, therefore you only need to install the SP70_Patch_20_SAPGUI.zip patch.
