Chrome support for BDLT script replay.

Currently Silk performer BDLT replay supports for IE browser. But we have a requirement to test the BDLT scripts in chrome browser. Let me know if there are any plugin's / add-ons available to test the BDLT script in chrome browser.

RE: Chrome support for BDLT script replay.

Hi,

Currently there is no native Chrome support for the Browser driven load testing feature within Silk Performer. However with the release of Silk Performer 18.0, a new Keyword Driven Testing feature has been included, which involves the usage of keyword driven functional testing scripts within Silk Performer, which can be replayed in Chrome, Firefox and PhantomJS.

To advantage of this feature SilkTest is required, as the scripts are recorded within the SilkTest client - Silk4J.

If you require any further information on this feature, please feel free to contact us via a support case.

RE: Chrome support for BDLT script replay.

Hi,

Please note, the setting which you refer to is applicable for the simulation of Chrome during the replay of a protocol level script. It is not applicable to the Browser driven testing approach within Silk Performer. For Browser driven settings, refer to SILK PERFORMER | ACTIVE PROFILE | WEB (BROWSER DRIVEN)
