Hi Gourav.
Those files ship with Performer. They only get added to the data files of projects which might use them. So if you create a new web project for instance, and add a new 'Web / Internet Script (.bdf), the files will get added automatically.
If you've just created a new project with no script, the files will not be included, although they should still exist in C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Silk Performer 19.5\Include
