Load testing single sign on application

Hi all,

We are in the process of planning to load test a single sign on application.  We will automatically log into the application once we log into our desktop.

We are thinking to load test the application with 200 different users using the application in the same time.  Anyone has any suggestion on how to simulate this test case with Silk Performer.  We are not too sure how to simulate the 200 users connection.  We use AD to manager the users.

Also, should we create the script from the point logging into our desktop with different users, and the perform the function in our application.  We are not too sure how to record a script with desktop window log on.

Thank you any thoughts on this area!
