putting a .bdf into an include

I'm confused on what I initially need to do.  I recorded a html/http login script, which I can tryscript and pass.  Since I need to create more scripts I'd like to convert the bdf script into an include file.

I understand you need to place a file into the include file (cannot right click), I also understand you need to 'use' the file before you see it in the include branch.  What I do not know is the coding piece.  Do I copy the whole signin.bdf file and place it into the include file?  Would I create a new .bdh file and place the TMain transaction into a new function in the include?

I guess the easiest way is does anyone know where I can find a tutorial on converting a script into an include file?
