Can SilkTest Classic test scripts be compiled from a command line?

Can SilkTest Classic test scripts be compiled from a command line?

SilkTest Classic provides a "partner" command, which allows users to execute test scipts and testplans from a command line. The partner command has a number of switches but compilation cannot be specified from the command line.

Compilation of test scripts must be completed using the SilkTest GUI while preparing the test script for execution from a command line.
