This error occurs when you do not correctly specify a data driven testcase in a testplan.  To specify a data driven testcase in a testplan you must add the keyword "ddatestcase" in front of the testcase name.

The below example will return the ""Incorrect number of arguments to function" compile error as the keyword "#testcase" us used to reference the testcase:
[-] //DataDriven TestPlan
 [-] #script: C:\DD_TestScript.g.t
  [ ] #testcase: DD_TestCase
  [-] #ddatestdata: ALL_ROWS_FOR_ALL_TABLES

For the above Testplan to compile correctly you must add the keyword "ddatestcase" in front of the testcase name.  See below:

[-] //DataDriven TestPlan
 [-] #script: C:\DD_TestScript.g.t
  [ ] #ddatestcase: DD_TestCase
  [-] #ddatestdata: ALL_ROWS_FOR_ALL_TABLES

For more information please see SilkTest help section "Adding a data driven testcase to a testplan".
