How can I remove a policy from SilkMeter using the command prompt.

How can I remove a policy from SilkMeter using the command prompt.

Open a command prompt.

Change directory to the SilkMeter bin directory
e.g. D:\Program Files\Segue\SilkMeter\bin>
Enter the following command


smCmdTool rmpolicy segue I44571


where segue is the producer name - please note that it must all be in lower case and I44571 is the policy to be removed.

Note: no message will be returned if the policy is sucessfully removed but if you open User Policy Administrator it will no longer be included.

For further information on the parameters please enter only smCmdTool rmpolicy at the command prompt.

Usage: smCmdTool rmpolicy [-c path] [-g] producer policyid

For further information on other command options enter only smCmdTool at the command prompt.
