How can I tag a window with SilkTest which has a dynamic caption and no other tagging property available?

How can I tag a window with SilkTest which has a dynamic caption and no other tagging property available?

The following code should allow the window to be recognised by SilkTest, providing that the window is already invoked.

[-] dll "user32.dll"
    [ ]
    [ ] long GetWindowText (long hwnd, out String lpString, long cch) alias "GetWindowTextA"
    [ ]
[ ]
[-] window DialogBox Foo1
    [ ] tag "{GetNewTag()}"
    [-] STRING GetNewTag()
        [ ] STRING sTitle
        [ ] GetWindowText (Desktop.GetHandle(), sTitle, 50)
        [ ] return (sTitle)
    [ ]

The code uses the GetWindowText API call to retrieve the caption of the window, it then passes this to the tag via a function.
