How can SilkTest convert an integer to hexadecimal format?

How can SilkTest convert an integer to hexadecimal format?

The PrintfToString() function can be used to print the integer value to a string that corresponds to the hexadecimal equivalent.

[-] testcase integertoHex() appstate none [ ] [ ] integer iDec = 10 [ ] string sText [ ] [ ] sText = PrintfToString("%x", iDec) [ ] [ ] Print(sText) // will print "a" the Hex value for 10 [ ]

The PrintfToString() function formats an expression, given a format string and one or more arguments.
But instead of printing a formatted expression to the results file, PrintfToString returns the formatted expression as a string.

See also How can I convert a hexadecimal number to decimal format using SilkTest? for details on hexadecimal to decimal.
