How can SilkTest execute a specific / remote part of a testcase in order to debug certain lines of code?

How can SilkTest execute a specific / remote part of a testcase in order to debug certain lines of code?

There are a number of ways that this can be done:

  1. Run the debugger in SilkTest and insert break points where you would like to debug the file. To run the debugger, go to - Run - Debug. For further information on this please go to the SilkTest help index under debug, debugger, debugging.

  2. Comment out the code in your script that you do not want to run. By highlighting lines of code, right click and select comment block.

  3. Break the testcase into two smaller ones, one with the code you want to analyze and run individually.
