How can control be returned to SilkTest from an application started using the SilkTest SYS_Execute() function ?

How can control be returned to SilkTest from an application started using the SilkTest SYS_Execute() function ?

Use SYS_Execute() to run the Windows shortcut of the application.

Within Windows create a shortcut (a .LNK file) to an application or batch file.
As soon as SYS_Execute runs the shortcut, control will return to 4Test

EG
SYS_Execute("start C:\progra~1\TestApp\test.bat.lnk")

Notes:
1) This method will not return any information from the application started, but it will at least ensure that it is launched.
2) Use the DOS type format for folder and filenames longer than the 8.3 format.
