How can the SilkTest error message "Error: Window is not exposed" be resolved"?

How can the SilkTest error message "Error: Window is not exposed" be resolved"?

Usually this error can be resolved by the following:

  1. Go to " Options/Agent/Verification" and uncheck the "verify that windows are exposed" check box.
  2. Add the following line at the start of your script: Agent.SetOption (OPT_VERIFY_EXPOSED, FALSE)

Both methods are effectively the same except that the second can be toggled on/off at runtime.
