I am running tests on multiple machines, is it possible for SilkTest to Save the results for all tests on one machine?

It is possible to have SilkTest save the results of tests running on multiple machines on one machine; and can be accomplished as follows:

  1. Select Options | Runtime.

  2. In the Results section add the UNC path to the machine you wish to save the results on (you can also use a mapped drive) into the Directory/File field as shown below.

Please ensure that you do not specify the same file target on the results machine if your tests have the same name i.e if all your projects are called "test" then SilkTest will save the results file as "test.res" which will overwrite any previously saved test.res files in that folder.
