In SilkTest when creating a frame file for a Browser the URL is not shown in the new frame dialog

When creating a frame file for a Browser the URL is not listed in the new frame dialog. Also any frame file created for the Browser page is not recognized as a BrowserChild.

This happens even if the extensions are enabled correctly and everything seems to be OK

SilkTest uses a DLL called qaphooks.dll. This is loaded into memory when you start SilkTest, however the version of this DLL must be compatible with the SilkTest version that is installed,

It is possible to have multiple registry entries for the qaphooks.dll, which means that even after re-installing SilkTest, an incompatible one may loaded into memory and used.

Sometimes there may be entries in the TEMP or TMP folders from past installations, as well as the one in WINNT/SYSTEM32 folder, and all of them can be registered.

What to do:-

1) Uninstall SilkTest (delete the SilkTest folder)
2) Reboot the machine (this ensures that the qaphooks.dll is not loaded)
3) Find every qaphooks.dll on the machine and delete them all.
4) Reboot the machine.
5) Install SilkTest, then any patches and test.
