On starting help, the error message "The book marks are damaged. Quit help, delete the file WINHELP.BMK and then recreate your book marks. 152" is generated, how do I resolve this?

This is a Microsoft Operating system file. It is used to store information on the book marks you have set in a help file. To find this file search for *.bmk on your machine. Once you have located it, delete the file and it should solve the problem.
