Select a row by Name in a JTable with Silk Test Workbench, .NET script

In a .NET script you can make use of the FindCell method (JTable) which returns the cell containing the specified text.  As per help, FindCell searches cells for text starting in the 1st row, 1st column. It searches each cell in the first row, and then searches the second row, and so on, until it finds a match or it reaches the end of the table. You can use wildcards in your search text.

In the example below you can replace “Cell text” with the text you want to search, and then the ClickCell method will use the returned row and column index of the cell and click it.

                      Dim cell As List(Of Integer) = .JTable().FindCell("Cell text")
                      .JTable().ClickCell(cell.Item(0), cell.Item(1))
