Silk Test Error: function SetActive is not defined for window XXXX. How can this be resolved?

Silk Test Error: function SetActive is not defined for window XXXX. How can this be resolved?

This error can usually be resolved by changing the OPT_VERIFY_ACTIVE option from true to false.

This can be achieved in one of two ways:

  • Call the following line of code in your testcase before the SetActive call:
    Agent.SetOption (OPT_VERIFY_ACTIVE, FALSE)

  • Go into SilkTest, select Options/Agent/Verification - and uncheck the "verify that windows are active" checkbox.
