Silk Test Workbench crashes when viewing results with Image Verification's

The cause of the crash is due to an out of memory issue with Java and the Open Agent. The Open Agent is built on Java and the image verification's can lead to the Java heap size being consumed, especially when the images in the verification's are of a larger size (e.g 5Mb).

To increase the memory available to Java you need to edit the file named 'openAgent.l4j.ini' which is located in the 'ng\agent' folder, e.g.

64 bit systems: C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\SilkTest\ng\agent
32 bit systems: C:\Program Files\Silk\SilkTest\ng\agent

First ensure that Workbench and the Open Agent are not running.

Add the following two lines at the beginning of the file.

-vmargs
-Xmx1024m

The second line indicates that the OpenAgent (Java VM) can take
up to 1024mb of heap space.

With the increased Java heap size, the Workbench client should not longer crash when attempting to view Image Verification results.
