SilkTest Workbench: Why are the Active Data Options disabled; when I have full access to the underlying Data file?

In normal circumstances the Active Data 'Options' should only be disabled; if the Asset is already being used, and is opened in 'Read-Only' mode. You can confirm if this is the case; by checking the 'File Status' in the 'General' tab as; shown in the following image:

If the Active Data Options are disabled while the File Status is 'Ok'; you may have encountered a known issue that can affect SilkTest 14, and the early builds of SilkTest 15. The Active Data Options remains disabled; regardless of the fact that no user or process has a lock on the Data file.

To resolve this problem; please upgrade to SilkTest 15 Update 1.
