SYS_GetDirContents works correctly but will return what it finds.

In one particular example copied from the web a directory was created on August 23 but was modified on June 10th. It seems that it was modified before it was created!

By running SYS_GetDirContents on the directory it is located in, SilkTest returns exactly what is displayed in the file properties, regardless if the two dates conflict. This is not a problem with SilkTest but the actual order of the file properties.
