Why call a DLL from 4Test in SilkTest?

Why call a DLL from 4Test in SilkTest?

SilkTest has functions that will deal with most eventualities when manipulating an application in a windows environment. Sometimes however it may arise that you need to carry out a procedure and there is no 4Test function to do this. In such cases you can call DLL functions in the Windows API or a custom built DLL to carry out the required procedure.
