Why do I get the message "**Error: Window"[1]"was not found" when enabling extensions for testing Internet Explorer with Silk Test?

Why do I get the message "**Error: Window"[1]"was not found" when enabling extensions for testing Internet Explorer with Silk Test?

This error could occur if the add-on [QAPHlprObj class] is not enabled for Internet Explorer.

To check this:

1. From Internet Explorer, open the "Manage Add-ons" dialog from TOOLS | MANAGE ADD-ONS
2. Check if [QAPHlprObj class] has status as Enabled.
3. If not, select [QAPHlprObj class] and then select Enabled under "Settings".
4. Re-start Internet Explorer.

It should now be possible to enable extensions for Internet Explorer with Silk Test.
