Why do I receive an "Unable to locate" error when executing project/scripts with a Partner command line call?

When executing the call:

partner -proj C:\DemoProject\DemoProject.vtp -r Script.t

The following error is returned:

In order to resolve this we must provide the full path for both the project and the script we wish to execute:

partner -proj C:\DemoProject\DemoProject.vtp -r C:\DemoProject\Script.t
