Why do I receive the error, "[BrowserChild] MainWindow not found" after upgrading from IE6 to IE7?

Why do I receive the error, "[BrowserChild] MainWindow not found" after upgrading from IE6 to IE7?

When recording a new frame file using "Set Recovery System", SilkTest by default does not explicitly state that the parent of the window is a Browser. Scripts recorded and played back in IE6 will work fine, however, when playing back against IE7, you will receive the error "[BrowserChild] MainWindow not found". Therefore, the "MainWindow" of the web application is not being associated with the Browser.

To resolve this issue, the "parent Browser" line must be added to the frame file as follows:

[-] window BrowserChild Google
   [ ] tag "Google"
   [ ] parent Browser
