Why does running "Caspol" command line to set machine security give a "caspol is not recognised ..." error?

n the SilkTest Online help under the "Setting Machine Zone Security" it mentions to set the machine zone security run the command line

caspol -machine -chggroup LocalIntranet_Zone FullTrust

If you run this from the command prompt you may get the error

"caspol" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

This is because the Caspol.exe program cannot be located. You can find this utility under

\Microsoft.Net\Framework\\Caspol.exe
