Why won"t SilkTest write a Registry key to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE on Windows Vista 32?

Why won"t SilkTest write a Registry key to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE on Windows Vista 32?

Please check UAC (User Account Control) and ensure that it is turned off. If UAC is turned on, this prevents SilkTest from writing to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE but does not prevent it from writing to HKEY_CURRENT_USER.

For the exact steps on how to turn off UAC in Vista, please refer to the Vista Help Files.
