Hi,

I want to use multiple Active Data sets in my Repeat loop but when i Click on Browse Activedata, I am only allowed to select one Activedata set.

Thanks

Hi Maha

You are able to use multiple active data assets in the same visual test (as described previously). However you can only use 1 active data asset in a single Repetition statement.

Hello Maha

Each active data file to be used in your test must be associated with an ActiveData asset. ActiveData assets may be inserted/created while any test step of a visual test is selected. However, the properties are displayed in the ActiveData property of the <<Start>> step.
- Please open your visual test and select the <<Start>> step.
- You will see the ActiveData section. Choose "Browse for Active Data".
- Select the second active data file from your list of active data assets.

Thanks Mark.

In your example, you have two active data Mytest1 and Mytest2
so can we use Repeat as follows (to loop data from multiple activedata):
Repeat using activedata 'mytest1', 'mytest2'
Enter '[[mystest1].text('title')]'
Enter '[[mystest2].text('title')]'
Enter''
End Repeat

Hi Mark, I too have this question on Visual Test in Silk Test Workbench 19.5
From Miyer example
Repeat using activedata 'mytest1',
Enter '[[mystest1].text('title')]' -> worked as the repetition
Enter '[[mystest2].text('title')]' -> not worked, only got row 1
Enter''
End Repeat
How could I set the 2nd Active Data to follow the repetition?
