Time indicated in Silktest results

The results in SilkTest give a time format and milliseconds in another column.  What is the correct way to read this?  Do you add the difference in time and the milliseconds or should the milliseconds add up to the seconds?

RE: Time indicated in Silktest results

Hi Maria

Can you please clarify which Silk Test IDE you are using and if you are referring to time reported when using the custom timers methods in Silk Test?

Thanks,
John

RE: Time indicated in Silktest results

Hi,

The milliseconds denotes how long that particular step/action required to execute.

The total milliseconds will not be reflective of the total execution time of the test itself, as not all actions are logged to the results file.
