Could Silk Test 20.0 use Excel with macro as Active Data?

Re: Using Excel with macro as Active Data

I don't believe there should be any issues so long as the Excel document pertains to the same structure and format. If the Macros are only modifying the values of the columns/cells, then it shouldn't matter.

But if the Macros are removing/adding columns and the structure of the data/tables in the document, then it will likely break the existing implementing for ActiveData in your scripts and you would need to modify accordingly.

But overall, having macros enabled in Excel should not prevent you from using that document for Active Data in Workbench.
