Issue after importing Sitecope 10.14 Config to SiteScope 11.20

Hello,

We are runninng a upgrade project from SiteScope 9.52 to Sitescope 11.20, we upgraded it to 10.14 and it worked well however after importing the config from 10.14 which was hosted on Windows 2003 to Sitescope 11.20 hosted on Windows 2008 R2, the service does not start though we did not encurr any error while importing. Service does not start and throws up below error.

Could not start Sitescope service on Local computer. The service quit unexpectedly Error code 1067.

We have verified that, the user we are logged in is having admin rights on the server. Also, would like to inform you that, without importing the config from 10.14, we were able to start the service howver once we imported the config, we couldn't.

Also, in the deployment guide it is mentioned that, while importing the config in SIS 11.20, we should import only 100 groups at a time howver haven't found any further help on it in the SIS 11.20 deployment guide. The cumilative patch for SIS 11.20 64 bit (SIS 217) too does't get install and throws an Incompatile architeture 32 bit error.

Could you please help me get this achived. We are badly suffering beacuse of these challanges. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

We are seeing the same issue with the cumulative 64 bit patches.  Shows incombatability errors while trying to install.
