Perfex command for different types of monitors

Jump to solution

How do we get know what perfex commands are being run by SiteScope for different type of monitors? Do we need to enable debugging for that.

as an example this entry i see in RunMonitor.log for eventlog monitor: - D:\SiteScope\tools\perfex.exe *7548   \\pwimmkwsrp1v3  -connect  -u dmn1\srvHPOM  -p ***** Auto 17882793

For unix its easy as every monitor refer OS.template file, how about windows?

You'll need to activate perfex debugging to see that or enable each particular monitor debug in log4j.properties.debug

Hello

How Kenneth says, the only way to know what SiteScope is running for windows monitors is debugging SiteScope. There is no other way to see that because is hard code. For Linux/Unix environments you can take a look into templates.OS folder or in Templates.OS\Browseable
