Sitescope url monitoring

Hi All ,

 

I am New Learner ,

there is a url monitoring setup in our environment . and the threshold are set to throw alerts .

Error Alert : monitoring round trip time and % of packets good (i did not get this) .attaching the screen shot .

can any one explain me on what crieteria alert will get generated .

awaiting reply .

Hello Kumar,

Round-trip time (RTT) is the length of time it takes for a signal to be sent plus the length of time it takes for an acknowledgment of that signal to be received.

% packet good means how many percent of packet returned is good.

So basically, SIS will send an alert if either of these 2 cases happens:

1. RTT = n/a, which means there are no response at all from the URL

2. % packet good = 0%, same as above, no response from the URL.
