Re: URL Monitor giving timeout error frequently

Hi,

Hope you are doing great.

Please perform the following:

1. Try to access to the URLs using TranWizard (C:\SiteScope\Tools).

2. Can you access to the URLs from SiteScope Server?

3. Go to the URL Monitor> Properties> Monitor stettings> please select Use WinInet checkbox.

4.  Are you using Proxy?

5. Please Enable the debug of the Monitor and provide us the errors related to time-out

Thanks in advance for your help and time.

Best Regards,

3) The issue is not with particular URL instead we are seeing thios trend for multiple URLs and its the combination of using WinInet

4) Proxy is not present

5) From Debug logs we did not got more information. Will provide when we encounter the same again as we had disabled all the debug logs
