How to apply access rights on Change Packages

This video is an introduction to Change Package access rights. We details that these are view level rights, that they can be set at the Project level as defaults for all Views in the Project, or for the individual View at the View level.

Demonstration:  How StarTeam Change Package Access Rights correlate with other view level access rights such as File..

Note:  Users must have equivalent access rights on other view level  objects.  This is because Change Packages are created for the following operations:

Check-in

Move

Rename

Deletes

Upon replay of this video you will have learnt how to set Change Package Access Rights and the correlation between other view level objects.
