SDK Patch Release

SDK Patch Release

SDK Patch Release build version (posted October 9, 2013) is available for download. This version of the SDK is fully backward compatible with StarTeam Servers 2005 to 2008R2, matches Servers 2009 (11.0), 2009 R2 (11.5), and is forward compatible with 12.0+ servers.

The link to the readme is ftp://stsdkcust:LpeEFPwNMJ@emeaftp.microfocus.com/st-sdk-11.0-readme.htm

Note: This is an ftp link. It does not activate when clicked on. Please copy and paste it into a browser.

Builds for all supported SDK versions are now available through supportline. http://supportline.microfocus.com

This patch release is being made available primarily for customers who are still using the old com.starbase.starteam namespace, and who have currently deployed and installed custom scripts using pre-11.0 versions of the SDK. Additionally, this version of the SDK cannot take advantage of any of the newer features or functionality, bulk operations, custom components, etc available on 12.0+ servers.

Finally, the 11.0 SDK Release is the last supported COM release of the SDK. COM support has been dropped from the 12.0 SDK onward. Custom COM scripts written to the old namespace should continue to use this SDK, but should expect to be ported over to the new SDK namespace eventually.
